We also provide Remote Online Notarization (RON) and mobile notary services for added convenience.

What are your hours of operation?
Our hours are flexible, with appointments available Monday through Saturday.

How do I book an appointment?
You can easily book an appointment through our website using the “Book Now” feature.

Just select the service you need, pick a time that suits you, and you’re all set!

 

Do you offer mobile notary services?
Yes! We offer mobile notary services, so we can come to your home, office, or a designated location.

Please note that additional fees for travel may apply.

 

What is Remote Online Notarization (RON) and how does it work?

RON allows you to have documents notarized online via video conference, without having to meet in person.

You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a government issued ID, and the ability to upload your documents.

It’s secure, fast, and convenient.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments such as PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

Payments are due at the time of service.

 

What are the fees for your services?

Notary fees in Texas are $10 per notarized signature. Additional fees may apply for travel, RON, and specialized services. Please refer to our pricing section for more details.

 

What should I bring to my notary appointment?
Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or military ID) and the documents that need to be notarized. If the document requires witnesses, they must be present with their IDs, unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

Do I need witnesses for my document?
Some documents may require witnesses, such as wills or powers of attorney. If your document requires witnesses, they must be present at the time of notarization or you can arrange for witnesses through our service (additional fees may apply).

 

Can you notarize documents for clients who are out of state?
Yes! With Remote Online Notarization, we can notarize documents for clients across the United States,

as long as they meet the requirements for RON.

 

Do you offer services for businesses?
Absolutely! We specialize in notary services for law firms, title and mortgage companies, and other businesses needing bulk or repeat notarizations.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve San Antonio, Cibolo, Schertz, New Braunfels and surrounding communities.

For mobile services outside of these areas, additional travel fees may apply.

 

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a fee.
